Welcome to The Hartley Trust, formerly known as the Donnington Hospital Trust, we have been providing almshouse accommodation for over 625 years.
Our almshouses are for those over the age of 60 with modest means, who are capable of living independently and are in need of a safe and affordable home. We provide over 70 self-contained homes in beautiful and spacious grounds in Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
The Hartley Trust has its roots planted in its past and its sights set firmly on the future. The overall ethos and spirit are as relevant now as it was all those years ago.
